I really don’t have anything to post on, but I went out and took some false spring pictures.
The camelia is beginning to bloom.
It makes for amazing blooms that are terrible keepers. Beautiful today and brown tomorrow, soon brown on the ground. They aren’t even good cut flowers. But they are amazing on the bush.
The creeping myrtle (periwinkle) is also blooming.
I read once that creeping myrtle is a weed, but I have never found it to be invasive. It does spread, yes, but it is easily controlled (unlike English Ivy) and it has pretty fowers that actually last a day or two in a tiny bud vase.
I didn’t have anything to say other than I have flowers in my garden and these are the flowers.
